Lincoln Facility Overview
Celerion’s corporate headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska has a long history in the local community having conducted the first clinical study in 1969. The facility has an on-site Phase I clinic, bioanalytical laboratory, and scientists focused on comprehensive PK/PD, statistics and data management.
The facility has access to 224 beds and offers a complete array of early clinical research services. To improve safety for participants in clinical studies, while getting drugs to market faster for clients, Celerion has 24 in-hospital beds within the BryanLGH Health System.
Celerion’s facility in Lincoln is licensed to conduct studies with radiolabeled compounds. The ADME Suite and USP <797>-compliant Clean Room are part of the Phase I core capabilities in Lincoln.
The Global Bioanalytical Services are among the most established laboratories in the industry with 40 years of experience working with large and small molecules. The team has the expertise and capacity to meet our clients’ bioanalytical needs from method development and validation through rapid sample analysis.
The Clinical Pharmacology Sciences team bridges the gap between medical practice and laboratory science by assessing the safety of drug products to maximize drug effects and minimize side effects. These scientists design efficient, scientifically sound clinical studies; analyze and interpret data from these studies; and use the knowledge obtained to design the next study in the drug-development cycle.
